1969 Ford 3400 Wiring Diagram

Hi Folks

I'm planning on putting a 19-425 loader on my tractor, which means moving the lights (which are not operational currently).

Best wiring diagram I have is attached.

Anyone HAVE the original diagram or one which is better than mine?

Thanks
Bob

ot same one. What's wrong with it?

Looks like the diagram in the I&T manual.
I doubt an "original" diagram - if there is such a thing, will be any different.
What are you needing to know?
The lights are just one wire that can be found up by the front of the head. It's blue with a red stripe IIRC. Find that wire and put a voltage tester on it. See if you have power. Then insure you have good grounds to the lights.
Pretty simple really.

Dito what Jmor said.. what's wrong with the diagram.

a lamp circuit is the easiest electrical circuit you can run, not counting a dead short.

this is the CLEAREST electronic copy I could find gentlemen.

(have to admit it, but my computer skills far surpass my electrical skills)

"snagged it" from an email attachment from 2 brothers who were talking repairs across states back in 2000. (Google just so happened to snag it at the time, because their emails where NOT secure and I found it in the Google cache..."

was looking for something in VERY readable format, where I wasn't doing any guessing (since I wanted to get my wiring up to original standards)

anyone have a good clear electronic copy?

Thanks
Bob

another thing I was trying to figure out, was if the select-o-shift gear display was or can be lighted (absolutely miserable and dangerous at night to try and doing any shifting)

thanks

(I do have some original printed manuals for this tractor if anyone is ever needing anything.)
