Ford 600 Hydraulics are very slow

I have a Ford 640 and Hydraulics were not working. changed the pump and relief valve and they are now working, however they are very slow. Anyone have this problem before or have suggestions?

What oil does it have in it?? If it has say the 90W and you have cold weather it will be slow. Or maybe the seal between the transmission and hyd is bad and mixing oils on you which will also cause odd problem like what you have. You might want to check your oil and maybe if it is real thick switch to a UTF oil that meets the Ford 134D spec

It has universal trans/hydraulic oil from tsc

Have you pressure tested the pump? Will it pick up heavy loads?

If yes, but slow, make sure the lift circuit is not staying mostly unloaded
