After several guys here helped me before, I'm back again. I'm restoring a 1963 ford 2000 "Industrial" and can't find the correct donut looking thing that goes at the back of the tie rod that connects to the pitman arm on both tie rods(left&Right) Every body that sells them have only the ones that have a smaller dia. These actually fit down on a shoulder on the tie rod end,this end is not removable. YT sells the smaller ones! The part numbers given by Ford says they are correct....But it appears that the Industrial is a bit different! Anybody have any idea's....Thanks guys for any help you can give....Jim in N.M.
 
Do not know what auto parts stores you have in the area but in the past I have gone to O'Reilly's and have found they carry a number of different size boots like your looking for. Try carry them so if a person is working on the steering of a car etc they can replace the boot if they mess them up. So you might if you can take the part with you to an auto parts store and see if they can match you up with something
 
The actual model number of a 1963 "2000 Industrial" is a 2130, and that's the model number you need to use when you look up parts.

Sounds like you're looking for the dust seal for the drag link end.

For the regular ag chassis 2000 the original part number was A0NN3324A, which has been superseded and the current part number is 87048406.

For the 2130, the original part number was C0NN3A301A, which has also been superseded, and the current part number is 87538419 , which should be available at any New Holland dealer for around $11.00 or $12.00.
 
Sean The part #'s come up the same as the Ag. tractor and Industrial tractor! Ford New Holland
said the parts are "Non-Available" "BUT" the Dia. on the Ind. tie rod is about 3/16th larger
than the Ag. tractor. And the tie rod is not replaceable ( it's all one piece) this thing is
driving me nuts! Jim in N.M

Are they using 2130 as the model number when they do the lookup? If so, what part number are they coming up with? Most NH dealers these days wouldn't know to use the 2130 model number when looking up parts if all you told them was that it was a 1963 2000 Industrial tractor.

Here's a link to the parts diagram for the 2130, the part numbered 23 in the drawing is the rubber boot , or dust cover for the rear end of the drag link, and it shows the original part number as being C0NN3A301A, and when you point your mouse at the little exclamation point next to the part number, a little message box pops up saying it has been superseded by part number 87538419:

Sean, After reading your last email, I went to a different FNH dealer and the guy was real
helpful and found the parts in Indianapolis! So I guess persistence pays off. I only spent about
35 hrs. searching (LOL).....Again, thanks for all the help you and the other guys on here gave
me! I only hope I can do the same for others......Jim in N.M. PS, I'm sure I'll be back LOL
