And yes, I flagged them all.....

Couple years back I decided to have fun with one of these guys and had him convinced I wanted one of these. I just had to see it first. He told me it was in some small town in north central Montana but it was being shipped shortly. Funny thing is my FIL at the time actually lived in THAT town. I pushed and pushed and pushed to have this guy let my FIL come over and look at it. I finally called the guy out for the scammer he was.....

They're being taken down almost as fast as they are going up. Here is a screen shot of one...

But her husband is deployed to Iraq and she's pregnant and needs the money, and no matter where you say you are, she'll (if it is a she) say that it's in the other end of the country in storage so you can't look see it before you pay, but that $2000.00 price will include the shipping...and so on and so on.

The worst ones now are the phone calls from those pesky people at the U.S. Treasury with the Indian accents telling you they're calling on an official U.XS. Treasury case regarding taxes you owe and that if you don't pay up immediately they'll come arrest you, and the sad part is some older folks who don't know any better are losing their life's savings paying up. A lady near me had cleared out one bank account of $5000.00 and deposited it into some account in some other bank that the person on the phone told her to, and then she was trying to withdraw another $7000.00 from her credit union account and the teller saw her whispering on the phone and got suspicious and the teller and the manager at the Credit union were finally able to convince her that it was a scam, so she saved the $7000.00 in the credit union, but the $5000.00 from the first bank account was long gone. The account that she had deposited it into was opened with a fake ID and was immediately withdrawn as soon as she deposited it.

Opened Memphis Craig's List just now and flagged over a dozen tractor and UTV scam adds. I really find it hard to believe that anyone would actually fall for for these adds. They will have a picture of the same tractor or equipment listed a half dozen different ways.
