I have a 1973 3400 3 cyl diesel. Power steering fluid is coming out just below the steering wheel. How can I fix that? Thanks

Pull the steering wheel, throttle handle, center hood, cowel around the fuel tank. Then pull the upper half of the steering column.
Replace the seal in the bottom.
