I cant imagine that one lasting long unless there is something seriously wrong with it...

I agree, it has a lot going for it, tires, being LP the motor could be in very nice shape, bent radius rod is all I see from a quick look. LP, complete matching numbers, maybe he's got the LP parts taken off, they are not all that common, factory ones, I have a non factory LP conversion myself.
