I have a 850, I want to put mtbwagner loader on it. Question can I run the loader off hydraulic port or do I have run it off the front pump. The front pump is a 14gpm pump. I cannot find anyninf on the Orr GPS rate.

It will be slow using the tractor hydraulics, you definitely want a front mount pump for that loader.

That is a yes no or maybe thing. If you have the remote control set up already yes you can use them for a loader but it will be very slow at best since the on board hyds are in the 3GPM range or so. A front mount pump is the way to go if you want a loader that will really work well. Also if you do not have power steering you will not like having a loader on it because you will need to be built like the hulk to steer it

They are a bit tough to steer with a full bucket LOL !, 13 years worth of seasonal work with one that does not have power steering, tolerable, but not easy. Some weight on the back will help, properly inflated front tires, and I am not sure whats easier ag fronts of or ones meant for automobiles, being wider, definitely better flotation, the ag type will cut soft ground like a pizza slicer. Definitely good to know before you get one of these or add a loader, that power steering is a huge plus if you have a loader on one.

I understand all that since I have had an 841 since the early 80s and it has a heavy duty loader on it. I keep a heavy duty back blade on it and it has 6 85lbs suit case weights hanging on the blade plus a wheel weight on the center link area

When I first tried to move my 650 with a full load in the small bucket I thought something was broken! And there is no extra weight on the back at all and sometimes I can't get enough traction to move! But I'm still getting things done (when I'm not breaking something :) ).

if you alreDY HAVE A STINGER PUMP INSTALLED.. USE IT! YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER.

PLUS.. MIGHT WANT TO GET SOME REAR BALLAST.

( darn caps.. sorry.. )

Thanks guys, I have the front Pump was trying to avoid the process of changing the pulley and such. I had this same loader on my 8n, worked great, I was able to lift 4X5 (4 tall 5 wide)bales with it and yes, I always kept a bale on the back. Strange feeling having water filled tires bounce off the ground.
