Ford 2000 Hydraulics

My 1967 Ford 2000 hydraulic lift arms don't seem like they go high enough for some attachments. Also they seem to almost touch the ground when fully lowered. Are there any adjustments for the lift arm high/low points. The hydraulics seem to work fine, lifting and lowering without issue or hesitation. My main problem raising a old Danuser post hole digger high enough to let the 40" bit swing free when fully raised. Any ideas?

What size wheels and tires does it have? If the rear wheels and tires were replaced with something shorter than stock then the lift arms will be closer to the ground.
