fuel stops flowing to carb i cleaned out tank new ilnes new carb new gas new sediment bowl will run for about 20 min then runs out of fuel let set then runs for another 20 min can a elec fuel pump be put on this tractor

heck tank vent/cap.

Try running if with out the gas cap on but also only have say half a tank of gas in it. If it stays running that way the gas tank vent is clogged up

How about the shutoff under the tank is it all the way open.

I was having the same trouble, and it turned out to be the fuel filter assembly bolted to the carb. The aftermarket unit from tractor supply had the channel to the carb machined so the hole in the bolt did not align. I was having a terrible time getting it to run, and a buddy looked it over and saw the issue flipped the fuel filter assembly around backwards and now it runs great.

Might check the filter assembly to the hollow bolt fitment to ensure fuel can flow from the filter to the carb.
