my area that price is a bit much. Location, location, location!
 
Only thing I don't understand is this:

It has been converted to 12 volt. I dunno if the alternator works or not. I'm thinking not but there is no ammeter so I don't know. Seems like it keeps the battery charged.

If it seems to keep the battery charged, then why assume that the alternator doesn't work?
 

Wow! He sure likes to embellish the horsepower ratings of his tractors. He says his Ford 2000 is, "about 60 horsepower."
