OK..thought I would start a new thread...I know the pump is working. I took off the 4x4 cover and have pressure coming through one port...where is it suppose to go after this? all the O rings appear to be in good shape.doesn't have pressure in the pressure plug(not sure if it suppose too!)...what should I check next?
Please help???

Thanks Jeff

Update...I took the top plate off. I Rolled over the motor and lots of pressure, Everything looks to be connected inside., ie pins, linkages.....is there anything that I should be looking for with regards to common malfunctions???

If your pump is making flow, and you have no 3pt on a NAA, then 2 things come to mind.

1, damaged backpressure valve not keeping unloader valve alive.

2, stuck unloader valve. ( not common, but not rare either.. )

Is the unloader vale the cylinder cone that the rod pushed up against when the arm lower and rise. Right now the rod comes out but the cone stays inside. looks like it has a rubber o ring around it?

Trying to find a diagram to post for ya, but having a hard time on the phone, but yeah, unloader is buried

At this point it would be a very good idea to buy your self an FO-19 IT manual so you will have instructions and pictures to go by. Go at a problem like this blindly can cause more trouble then fixing it

Hello and thanks to all for your help...I've been on the JD side a lot as I restored a JD Model A. I brought the hydraulics to an older "hydraulic man". He said one of the valves was little sticky and he freed it up as well gave it a good look over. Everything should be fine with it now. Hopefully that was my problem. Ill know more tomorrow when I put it back together.

Again, thanks to all...Great forum here...
Jeff

Thanks everyone for your help..I brought it to an old hydraulic guy and it was a stuck valve, He fixed it and it works like it came of the lot,,,
