Please Help....
The 3 pt hitch on my jubilee wont work. It has fluid, I loosened the bleed screw underneath the seat and nothing. The RPM gage is working so I assume the external pump is working. I can however lift the hitch freely by hand and it seems like its not attached???or is this the way it suppose to feel? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Yes, that is normal to be able to pick up the 3-point arms with no resistance beyond their weight.
The bleeder for the hydraulic pump is ON the pump, not under the seat. Try bleeding it there. May or may not help.
Since your tach is working, your pump is turning. .. but that doesn't guarantee that it's -working-.

LOL....ok, where can I find the bleeder on the pump...there is a knob on the front of the pump, should this be open or closed?

It's usually a socket head plug on a piston type pump, can't speak for a vane type.

If that knob is turned all the way counter clock wise that could well be why it does not work. That is a flow control valve so if closed it would close off the flow. Clock wise to open it counter clock wise to close it as per the NAA owners manual
