Spindal Bushings

I am new here and need help with my 67 3000 spindal bushings, they wander all over the place---what the easiest way to cure this ???? Thanks

Put a leash on 'em! :lol: :roll:

Seriously, replace the bushings provided the casting itself is not wobbled out. If the bushings are that bad, the spindles may be worn and need replacing as well.

What tools are needed? Can they be replaced without the special tools the book shows?

I've done it without special tools, but great care is needed not to damage new bushings if doing it without the named tools.
