The 851 I'm working on now was the same; no compression in one cylinder. Stuck tappet, resulted in bent push rod. I had to drive the tappet out with a brass drift. Engine was in dire need of being run with a detergent motor oil. Sludge city.

I'd go get that 860 if it were closer!
