Spindle bushing material

so putting my 3400 together and the spindle bushings have quite a bit of play in them, the lowers are huge at 49.3mm ID and they're only $20 each at the dealer. The uppers are apparently unique to the 3400 and are 38.25mm ID and run $50.52 each!

I've got a lathe, do I order something in bronze close in size from McMaster and make em to fit (go undersize on the ID to match the worn spindle) or do I need Steel?

Or, option 3, find out one of you guys has a spare set you want to get rid of.....

I ended up using the kit from Alexanders Tractor Parts in Texas. Has both bushings, spacer, thrust bearing and dust seal for $64.25 per side. Part #is 3400SBK

WOW thanks Roger - it looks good but that OEM# C0NN3110A doesn't match the CaseNewHolland website's listing of #87041922 - I've emailed them for dimensions.

anyone know if there's a superseded number list anywhere?

Also, anyone know how much re-sizing is required to fit the old spindle to the new bushings?

Roger, turns out the listing is wrong- C0NN3110A is the larger lower bushing.....
