I have a question pertaining to the fuel line on a Ford 641 tractor. First, how was the fuel line originally routed from the fuel cut off valve to the carb? Does it run down "behind" the intake/exhaust pipes? That's the way mine is routed with a combination steel and rubber gas line. I'm wanting to replace the fuel line completely because I'm afraid the line may be too close to the exhaust pipe. Are the lines all steel lines, or is there some rubber hose connected as well? I wouldn't think a rubber hose would be safe at all running that close to the exhaust pipe. Fire waiting to happen. Thanks
