Well I've been searching and looking around at
different Ford tractors, came across this one . This
tractor is a Ford 2000 series come rival originally
been painted blue over yellow has live PTO, 5
speed transmission and power stering. Now I did
not know in 1964 they put power stering on tractors
but appairantly they did. I have only seen pictures
plan to go see it in person. Can anyone tell me what
to look for and what is a fair price he's asking

Power steering came out way back in the early 50s if not the late 40s. Had a friend who had a 1953 Jubilee with power steering on it. That said hard to say what one is worth with out out seeing it. Yellow to me say may have been owned by a city or state and used by them and if so might well be wore out
 
What do you mean by commerial? Power steering came out about 1957. Earlier models could also be retrofitted with it.
If this tractor is an LCG then it's not worth that much, IMO, unless your using as a lawn mower.
