I have a Ford 5600 w/loder, on the 5600 the hyd controls are on the floor under the seat. Is there anyway to move them so the controls are on the right side of the seat ? So I can reach them without going down on the floor of the tractor.

Nothing out there that I'm aware of to do what you want. Best bet would be to try to convert it to 40 series handles and cables. I'm not saying it's doable, but it's worth a look if it bothers you that bad.

That would be a tough switch too... the spool faces rearward on those things and depending on which valve it is... may not be able to get the cable lined up straight because of the rise in the rockshaft.. Mabey of there was a riser plate to install just to lift the valve higher it would work easier?

Ours has factory levers attached to the valves that come up between the seat and the rh fender. They are all sloppy loose with age, but work pretty well. I need to get around and figure out a better pivot for them that can use replaceable wear parts instead of wearing on the hole in the end of the spool.

Rboots; thanks for the info, I have an idea, pick up a couple of motor boat controls, converting them , mounting them on the right side of seat and the cables attach to the control levers under the seat. I think that should work, if not i'll have to rework it again.

You could get a 2 spool valve and mount it were you want then feed that with one of the valves under the seat or install a hydraulic block under the tractor valve to feed the loader valve.

I made up some controls for my valve when I fitted it to my 4110. Got the inspiration from the setup fittet to some 4610 tractors with the Sekura LP cab I have seen here in Norway.
