When I fill up hydraulic fluid to operating level, then start tractor. It fills the transmission full and starts flowing out the shifter boot after a few minutes of use. Could it be a ruptured pressure line or O ring.

Very likely the pressure line where it pass threw the transmission is leaking

I agree with old, you probably have a pin hole in the hydraulic pressure tube that runs through the bottom of the transmission.

You have two options to repair this.

1. Epoxy a tube inside the pressure tube. It is successful less than 50% of the time.

2. Replace the tube. The problem here is that a replacement tube is not available and would have to be made.
