Just purchased my first tractor a 1963 Ford 2000. Runs like a champ, just looking for information on replacing (or having some on stand by) hydraulic hoses. Does anyone know the PSI for the hoses?

I assume this tractor has a loader on it?
If so is it run off the on board hydraulic
pump or does it have a pump run off the
front of the crankshaft?
On board pump only produces about 2600 psi
and a front pump around 3000 psi so most
any decent hydraulic hose will be fine.
I wouldn't think you need anything
special.
I would just go to Fleet Farm or some such
where they sell premade hoses and buy some
the right size and length.

As ud said, ag pressures run around 2500psi.. 4000psi hose is usually the basic stuff you see at tractor supply.

Perfect thanks guys for the information. and yes it is for a front loader. I am also looking for a backhoe for this tractor if any ideas of
which one will work?
