PTO CLIP

I have a 57 ford 600 and the clip behind the pto bearing broke, does the pto shaft screw apart so the new clip will slide on ? I bended the new clip and cant get to set right behind the bearing. Thanks

4 bolts gets you the entire assy, and with it out and disassembled there is nothing to impede the split ring replacement.

bearing may need to be set back in place to expose the groove for the c-clip. I have seen the groove broken and had to replace the bearing housing a couple of times.
