Ford 7000 hoses coming off steering column

I have a broken hose for power steering fluid on a Ford 7000. I'm having trouble finding a replacement hose like the one on there now.

Possible adaptations? I found this hose on the site, but I'm not sure if this is what you use for this repair, taking out all the old pipe, and running this from column to the front.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is your 7000 a rowcrop? My 7000 utility has steel
lines. If yours is a utility, and has hose (s), I'd say it's
been repaired already.
If you have a good shop nearby that makes hydraulic
hoses, they should be able to make up whatever you
need.
