(quoted from post at 08:15:36 06/30/15) air to the cyl makes it work, and tractor running is oil out the casting?
have you removed the plug under the seat and cranked over to see if there is oil at the top cover?
(quoted from post at 12:03:19 06/30/15) i'd pull that plate!
The plug is directly connected to #2, so the thing between #7 & #2 is the check valve. Therefore it appears that you need to investigate the check valve. Of course, the check valve could be OK, but you are simply not generating enough pressure to open it (~115PSI).(quoted from post at 17:52:40 06/30/15) #7 I have oil coming thru there and when I pulled the plug #2 nothing there when I put air to #2 the lift went up
t is behind that plug. A spring, spring guide & ball.(quoted from post at 18:11:33 06/30/15)
Is the check valve the pipe plug that is in the front of the lift cover
I removed the front pieces but have not got the rest out however I can stick a probe thru the middle and move the back piece(quoted from post at 15:20:12 06/30/15) Thanks ill try that and let you know
hat is what the long bolt pipe nipple are all about....a "puller" of sorts. Probably no need to remove that.....it is the backpressure valve.(quoted from post at 11:18:50 07/01/15)I removed the front pieces but have not got the rest out however I can stick a probe thru the middle and move the back piece(quoted from post at 15:20:12 06/30/15) Thanks ill try that and let you know
lease explain the pressure measurement point to which you are referring. ??(quoted from post at 11:34:26 07/01/15) what kind of pressure should I have at the casting below the lift cover
ou are not telling me where you are making gauge connection. If you mean somehow connect to tube comming up from bottom of hyd cavity to top cover, then the pressure should be that of pump overpressure relief valve (2000PSI), but if you mean with all systems connected and somehow access #7, then pressure will be backpressure (~40PSI) at all times other than during lifting. During lifting the pressure will depend on weight of load being lifted. Chain the lift arms down & try to lift & you should see the 2000PSI.(quoted from post at 11:54:48 07/01/15) #7 in the casting
pistons & valves?(quoted from post at 12:18:40 07/01/15) no I meant with the cover off so it should be 2000 and I don't think I have that kind of pressure I rebuilt the pump and replaced the wobble shaft at the same time. I will check the pump pressure will have to find a gauge for it and get back then is there anything I could of missed in the pump?
