Hydraulic coupling

4000 has the push/pull remote hydraulic couplings. Only one of them leaks, not a squirt but constant leak. I have replaced the o-ring and the male fitting on the hose, it was rough. Still leaks! I can see nothing wrong with the female coupling, shiney, no scoring or scratches, works just like the non-leaker. They both look alike. How does something like that wear out? Anybody got a brilliant idea before I order a new one?

I have not had luck replacing orings on the female couplers.. so I end up eventually replacing them... Seems to be the way of things.

Guess I've been lucky. Replaced male and female on my Kubota, no problems. They were not metric.
Might try finding a metric that has little bigger cross section than a standard.
"O" rings are cheaper than couplings.
