Yes, by various positions of the rim and inner dish. Owner manual should show width with various position combinations.
There are 8 adjustments of each will based on 4 adjustments with the dish in or 4 adjustments with the dish out. Lots of times the inner most adjustment will rub the fender with large tires or require you to remove the fenders. the adjustments are in 2 inch increments. But you will need to flip the wheels around for two of the adjustments and as the tread will be backwards you need to switch sides to correct this. Inner most adjustment will be around 80 inches pending tire size, iirc.....hope this helps.
