If you are running adblock plus you need to disable it for photos.yesterdaystractors.com which is where the ads are hosted.
I normally have Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome all running at the same time and couldn't get the photos on the YT photo ads to load on any of them.
Just today I figured out if I disabled adblock on the above domain (where there aren't any flashing ads anyway) I could see the photos.
