Anybody got the part #s I need handy?
I might try doing an oil and filter change on the old girl this summer.
Be nice to have things in hand for when I do.
Also, it looks like the oil level check and fill hole is on the right side of the tranny - just in front of the brake pedals.
Do you guys screw an elbow or something in there to fill through?
It looks like I need to get 13.3 quarts in there.
I assume generic UTF meeting 134D specs is fine.
Thanks

Part number for the filter is 309735 and should come with the gasket.

I used a funnel with a flexible spout and a long skinny tip.

And yes, UTF that meets the 134D spec is good.

Thanks Sean.
I called the dealer and your number is good.
They don't stock them anymore but will order one for me.
I will pick it up on my way to my land.
It looks like I should clean the oil inlet screen while I'm at it.
Anything I should look for when doing both procedures?

IIRC, the filter does not come with a gasket.

I install a street el to make adding oil more easy.

I changed the oil in my 4 cyl. A few days ago. The level hole is approx. 7/8 so the end of the spout of my regular oil pitcher slips right in.

From the New Holland parts Site ([b:2e74c58356]bold added[/b:2e74c58356]):

309735 Assy., Replaces C5NN7B155A, [b:2e74c58356]Includes: Filter & Ref. 26[/b:2e74c58356], Start Year: 01-JAN-65

Part labeled as #26 in the drawing is the gasket. I remember when I bought a filter a couple of years back that I was unsure so I ordered the gasket separately as well as the filter, and the filter did come with the gasket so the dealer was kind enough to refund me for the extra gasket.

I would definitely pull out the pick-up screen and clean it, easy to get to. I also like to take a small extending magnet and poke it around the bottom of the case to make sure no surprise parts are lurking there.
