Do the 2 oiling tubes on top of the rocker shaft just pop out if you pry up on them or is there some other trick to getting them out without damaging them?

Thanks.

nly a rubber grommet on tube lower end. They get hard with time & temperature.

Thanks JMOR, that's what I thought. The one end of the rocker shaft where the smaller tube is looks a little dry so I was going to pull them out to make sure they are both open and check the passageways in the shaft as best I can without pulling the whole assembly off. If I break the grommets are they basically 'o' rings that should be available at an auto parts place?

nly the center tube is a supply. The end tube is a return. Someone else will need to chime in on your "o ring" question.

I can't remember if the fel-pro head set comes with that grommet or not. I'll check to see if i have a parts list fromt he last set i bought.
