When you consider you see Ns at that price all the time it makes that NAA look a lot better.
For here, price is in the zone for one with decent rubber and runs well.
Brush mower is a nice bonus.
Ultimately though I'm with Rick.
I'd rather have a 55 and newer.

That seems a little high, at least for north east Ohio. If it has new tires that might justify that price. Take a compression tester with you if you look at it, that will tell you if the motor is tired. I purchased a NAA with 75% tires and 120 lbs of compression in all cylinders for $1800 about 10 yrs ago, came with some implements too. I love the tractor, it has never failed me in the field. I plow ,disc, plant and plow snow with it, they are great tractors.

Some folks want a Jubilee - will pay a bit higher price for one as it's an anniversary tractor.
To me the NAA/Jubes were kind of an orphan - only made for 2 years.
The next Series, the Hundreds, were built starting in 1955 and basically continued through 1964 with the 01 Series and and early Thousand Series.
They had several refinements over the NAAs and parts are more readily available for them.

Official model name of the Golden Jubilee was the NAA, which was made from 1953-1954 (only the '53 model was also called the Golden Jubilee).

"55 and newer" means a model that was made in 1955 or later, which would not be a NAA/Jubilee. In 1955 Ford came out with the hundred series tractors (600, 700, 800 & 900) which were similar in design to the NAA/Jubilee but they also had several design improvements. They continued to improve the same basic design up through the '01 series (501, 601, 701, 801 & 901) and the 4 cylinder 2000 and 4000 series which ended production in 1964. in 1965 they came out with a new thousand series that were completely different.

Looks like it has the piston hydraulic pump, much better than the vane pump. Make sure the hubs are not loose on the rear wheel axles. Aux transmission is a plus. It will not have independent pto, but will have live hydraulic. Big step from an N, but a long ways from a 80x or 3000. You won't bale with a NAA, but will pull a spreader or mow if you go slow, chase wagons, rake hay etc. Gas tank has a built in reserve if you open the shut off valve all the way. Will get a slug of water if it has not been done in awhile.

multiple NAA owner here.
all good points brought up in the thread.
In my area with $3k+ N's....
with that choice, an NAA will laugh at a N.
But, even though I like them and 2750 wouldn't pry any
of my NAA's away from me.......
I agree with the other posters.
at the $3k level, find a hundred, or a 01 series.
I also own a 650 and even though it looks like a clone of
my NAA's, it is a better tractor.

That 2600 is a Much better tractor than the Jubilee.
Has power steering. Twin stick so either a 6 or 8 speed and by then they most of them had live pto. Probably has differential lock too which is a great feature.
It's a gasser but they are still very good engines.
Depending on how it runs, tires, etc if you can get it for $4K it is a good deal.
