Still working towards a deal on one, never had a loader on it, MFWD, so I'll review the parts diagrams on the CNH site, see if that helps me understand the front bolster/trunnion or whatever is the correct term is there. I would suspect one that never had a loader, would likely be in good shape at just over 1k hours.
Basically, I have only 2 concerns at this point, the above and below in regard to hydraulics on a 4630 model.
Question really is, for a loader, I've learned that these were built with 2 arrangements, one with an auxiliary pump, that would provide the correct GPM's and whats required so you don't have a painfully slow loader, that is if I understand this correctly.
Its a '97 vintage, has a stack of remotes on the back, 3 pairs or maybe 4 ? How is a loader incorporated, tractor hydraulics/remotes, or auxiliary pump?
If the tractor is not equipped with an auxiliary pump, I read on another forum somewhere it could be added, not sure of the details, just want to know the "lay of the land" so to speak LOL ! I did see that a drive gear could be an issue and would require a split, no idea about that.
When and if the time comes to look at this one, I'd like to be able to know whats on it and what it would take to make it suited for a loader etc.
Much appreciated as always!
