Ford 4600 Hydraulic Failure

I have a 4600 with loader. It was working fine last time used and then parked with loader in the floor.
Now there's no hydraulics at all - loader and/or three point wont lift.
There's plenty of oil in and the PTO engages so there must be oil pressure for the PTO clutch.
I've checked the flow rate control and I've changed the pressure relief valve.
Any ideas gratefully received.

make sure asc valve is not engaged, and the remote hydraulics are not engaged unless they are used for the loader. pto works off of the low pressure pump and the loader and lift work off the high pressure pump. Both in the same houseing IIRC?.

I would hazard to guess that the problem is still in the flow control... I'm trying to remember the plumbing diagrams on that thing but am not recalling them clearly right now.... but best I remember, the remotes should take priority over the hitch so when they demand flow the loader should lift... Other option is a blown o-ring in the pump body.
If only the hitch was not working then I would say that the unloading valve on the underside of the lift cover was leaking... but since the remotes also don't work I think that unlikely without looking at the flow diagrams.
