Lucas generator, if you want to rebuild it

I have a Lucas generator minus the pulley and fan from my 3000 that I recently replaced. Don't know if anyone rebuilds these or would be interested in it, but I thought before I chuck it I'd see if anyone here wanted it for anything. I'll be happy to let you have it for the cost of shipping, Lord knows I don't need something else sitting in my garage.

It's been around a while- I think the date on it is '67!

I know "beggers can't be chewsers". but is the worm gear on the end of the armature good?

Far as I know it is- the tach seemed to be working fine, it just was not charging.
