They show up on ebay and in the classifieds here from time to time.

I've a new, unused TISCO dual spool complete package (all parts necessary to install includingvalve, hoses, couplers, etc.) that I would sell but it is expensive.

I personally like the bolt on and forget originals or repop tisco valves like dean mentions. No fuss.

If you can't find an original or can't swing a repop, look at a cheap 100$ pb valve, and an equally cheap pb plate to go under your option plate. This will likely cost you in the same range as a used single bolt on original style spool.. they go in the 150-250$ range usually.

EBay has a few listed right now, diverter types in the 75-150$ range, and an odd non tisco kit for single valve, bolt on like original, hoses and all for 325$

Is there a flow diagram for the stock blockoff plate to run a power beyond remote going to an open center single spool valve or am I stuck getting a PB plate to sandwich below the original blockoff?

The port on the stock plate is controlled by the 3 point lift control handle, it only gets pressure when the lift arms are chained down and you lift up on the lift handle, so it's not the best choice for running an external remote valve as you would lose the use of the 3 point lift. The port on a PB plate, on the pother hand, is plumbed before the 3 point control valve just like the OEM bolt on remote valves, so with either of those options the 3 point lift is still available.
