Ford 550 backhoe needs motor

Wondering if anyone around here has ever swapped a Ford 3 cyl. diesel for a 3-53 Detroit in something like the 550 tractor backhoe? Got the aforementioned backhoe that had just had new pins, bushings etc. but nobody checked the oil!! Rod sticking out the block! :( Having a bit of a time finding the right Ford motor around here, but I know of a few DD screamers here and there. Or if someone knows where to find the Ford motor, well that be great too! any help and advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks, Carl B
 
Shouldn't be hard to find a Ford 192 or 201 that will work. Fawcett Tractor should have plenty of them. A 3-53 will not fit in there without a pile of misery... and then you're stuck with a 3-53...

LOL! Yeah I'm familiar with the screamin' leakers! But I know where one is and I just needed someone to talk me out of it! Which, You did! Thanks, I'll keep looking for the right FORD motor! Thanks again!
