Hey guys I have got to share how I got the upper seal out on the 1960 641. I removed rear and center caps and loosen up the front one tap the crank down with a wooden hammer and then I used a copper tubing from a oil line got up behind the seal on one side and the other side screwed in a small metal screw and once the seal moved away from grove in cap I pulled it right out. also used wd40 to make old seal slippery. for new seal put Vaseline and pushed it right up around. got all bearing caps back on and torque down feel much better now.
