675d Ford back hoe wont go into gear

Buying a 675d Ford Backhoe ran fine last November will not go into gear this spring can any body give me an idea what to look for or where to look at.

See if it will go in gear not running. If so, I would suspect a stuck clutch.

Shuttle shift? Open station? FNR lever is electric on shuttle.

it is shuttle shift. with the neutral switch on the shifter on the loader controls and neutral in the middle of the shuttle shift.

found the rear hydraulic fluid dipstick was below add poured fluid in to the full mark and now left wheel will turn with rear wheels off the ground but still will not move on the ground.
