I can paint outside again.
Beautiful day here. It hit about 68 degrees this afternoon.
So I got my fenders out and shot some paint on them.
A pair of British fenders I got from Kenny that I'm going to put on my 3000.
I have the wide step plates for it now too.
I sandblasted them but they were pretty decent so I left the small dings and just primed and painted them.
I always liked the looks of these.

Well,
The temp is still above 60 and I had the gun out so...
This is a very nice early style nose that I got in Kansas last year. I parted out the rest of that tractor but kept this.
I've posted before how I converted this nose from gas to diesel.
I sand blasted and primed this a month ago so it was ready to shoot too.
There are a few small dings in this too but it's a working tractor.
Some day I'd like to take this tractor all apart and do a nice job on it.
For now it looks good from 20' and wont rust.
The gray is Valspar tractor and implement enamel.
The blue is from CNH. Both with their respective hardners.

Your newly painted parts are looking good Ultradog.

Wish it would get nice around here. They promised 51 and overcast today. What we got was 43 partly sunny with light showers and wind at around 30 mph all day.
Now they say it is supposed to break 60 tomorrow and be sunny. If it is maybe I'll go dig out the old tractor out of the spring mud take the tarp off and continue the work on the electrical.
