3000 hydraulic cont. 3 28 15

Three point is still jerking after setting over night . Shut if off for 10 minutes. and it is fine. Been doing this for a week. Sure can't say it's fixed!!!! Have had the pump off three times .Any ideas out there.

Not sure what all you've done, but if the driveshaft seal in the pump is bad, it will cause the pump to suck air and chatter like you describe.

Probably should have done that but found a obvious problem in the pump. Looks like a seal in this pump could be a minor undertaking.

Had the same problem on my 2000. Replaced the O-rings on the suction tube and pump body but no help. Put a rebuild kit in it. I rigged a clear line from the bleed port to the filler and still had air in the line. I left it running while I went to another building to get something and when I came back it was OK. I think sometimes it just takes a while to work all the air out.
