Pulling the radiator on a 4100

Now that it's been determined that my 4600 is actually a 4100 it may be easier to get the correct parts for it.

I pulled the cowling and grill and got a good look at the radiator. Wasn't thrilled with what I saw so I want to take it out and let the local radiator shop see what they think of it. Since I've got it out, and nothing has been done to the cooling system for at least 10 years besides draining and refilling the radiator I thought I'd get ideas on what I should change out while I'm in there. Hoses and belt for sure but should I put a new water pump in even though there doesn't seem to be an issue? A new thermostat, but what temperature? There seem to be at least 3 choices and I don't have a clue what the advantages or disadvantages to the different models might be.

Thanks, you may have figured it out already, but I'm pretty new to doing more than routine maintenance to devices with internal combustion engines. I appreciate your indulgence with a newbie.

Just my own opinion, but I believe that replacement pumps come with no paint and are pretty much all installed that way. So, if your pump has old looking paint on it, chances are it is original so it might be a good idea to replace it now rather than when in the middle of something in two years.
