3910 Ford fuel injectors

I have a 3910 Ford that was bought used. Recently had an engine problem and had to replace pistons. I am concerned that a bad injector could have caused the problem and would like to replace them. Got some after market injectors-hfd9nn9f593ba- but they did not work, tractor would not start. Put the old ones back on and it started.
The old injectors are CAV and have #'s BKBL80S5437 and DN5222304BF. Have not been able to find cross reference to these .
If anyone give me some help with that, it would be appreciated
 
I really, really, really doubt that the wrong injectors caused it not to start. I also doubt an injector caused a failed piston on a NA engine. Having said that, the numbers do not appear to match.
