It looks to be and it's mounted 90 degrees from proper orientation. Could be that the lid is welded on or otherwise damaged and/or the weights are missing or welded in.

Agree with Dean. I would say yes from what I can see 900/901 weight box. I don't know how it's mounted on the 5000.
