ID these center dics. Approx weight about 250/300 lbs each. Fit on a ford 28" rim. I know the industrial cast iron disc were about 600 lbs each.
I also see there are three holes in the disc would these holes be for the industrial stack-able plate weights?

I see those weights on CL Binghamton, NY not far from me. He is asking $300 OBO. I assume these are for the rear? I already have the pie weights on mine.

The guy had them on a 600. I didn't ask him what rim he had them on. They would probably make an 8n look more like a 9n/2n at a quick glance.

I've not seen these before. I have a set of industrial ones though and they look similar, just bigger and a different design around the outside edge.

I would like to have a set of these for my 681 but don't expect I would ever run across a set out west here.

I wounder of they were a Ford option or some sort of aftermarket design.

Just happened across a post on this site tonight from Jim.UT that showed a 40303 light industrial tractor that has this wheel on it. There are several good shots inside and outside if you wanted to go look. The title was 1961 Ford Light Industrial 40303.

I don't know how to insert a link or I would have.

WOW!
Never knew there was such a weight system.

Would you mount the weight centers and then the tire
or both together?

Thanks norm. Jim showed some good shots of them front and back. He's kind of out of the parting out tractor business or I'm sure he would have seen my post and posted.

Yes, Jim has had to move and isn't parting out anymore but we live close (50 miles) and stay in touch. Jim will always be a valuable source of information and I hope he stays active on this forum.

Hello Kirk , Those are the 600 lb centers for 28" wheels the only size Ford ever made and yes they require special lugnuts . They were only available in 1958-1960 on Industrial tractors according to Ford . Yes you can bolt on the 24" plate type stackable weights . Are you going to be selling them or using them ? Thanks Tony

Good Morning Tony,
By special lug nuts do you mean the style that I have on my later 4000 HD. I'm buying them and planing to use them.

Hi Kirk,
I think the special 'top hat' style lug nut looks like this. But I'm sure you know that.
This one is off a later 4000 with spin outs and are 3/4" not 5/8". But they look about the same.
