Well Dad finally decided he was going to get a lil tractor, to work on the garden and push some snow around.
He even got to get out an use it today.
She's not perfect, got to take care of some neglect, but the tires are decent, lots of tread, just a few cracks.
At some point someone tried to run a rear hydraulics by drilling a hole in the lift cover, and porting the pressure, have a bolt in that hole now, but at some point I will have to get him a replacement lift cover.
It has the Sherman Transmission on it, I am not sure whether its a Step Up or Step Down yet, it has a low neutral and high position, but it doesn't seem to move out in the neutral, so pretty sure its just either Step up or Step down, not both.
PTO turns, haven't hooked anything up to it yet, but turns well, and the 3pt has no trouble with the blade.
It smokes a little, but I think that may be due to the Carb needing cleaned and adjusted properly.
Has a few drips here and there, but overall its a very nice tractor, and starts right up with no fuss.
