1965 Ford 4400 Tractor - Loader 3 Point Question

I believe this is the factory loader that came with the tractor. The fluid for the loader is contained in the loader. The fill plug is on the top left upright of the loader, how do I know what is the correct level?

Also, the three point acts as if it is binding or aerated when coming up. Having a load on it does not affect it. I have found if you shut it off and wait a minute or two and restart the arms will start to come up but it seem like it has air in the system. The pump for the three point is mounted on the left side of the tractor. I have bleed the system with the plug on the pump and checked fluid level with arms in the raised position. I can not find any leaks that would cause a suction of air. Thank you for any information or help!

I would look at the seal on the supply side of the pump. A small leak could pull air and not leak fluid. As for the loader retract all cylinders fill to 3" to 4" below the fill plug.
