6000 s.o.s. pto

so son took my 6000 to college to rebuild the trans that had a bad "b" carrier. now, cant the get the pto to stop. runs all the time. I'm thinking cross leak. thoughts?

Are you saying it has full power at the PTO and will pull a load whether it's engaged or not?

Did the bearings get shimmed tite enuff? I doubt cross feeding. PTO cable may not be adjusted rite.
As said before can be stopped with load. May have wrong plates or number installed.

actually I have not tested it myself as of yet to see if it's under full load all the time. I best check that first.
