her butt was cold had to warm it up to get her to roll

Haven't heard it run yet -- guy told me its wore out --cause it starts hard --but runs good after it starts---he's been shoving either in her---If she needs overhauled I think a turbo is in order

Pretty decent looking for 50+years old. If you want another one,
there's one on the northern WI Craig's list. Diesel, wide front,
$2000. (Usual disclaimers)

Who said friday the 13th was unlucky? Wish I could
justify something that big. Good luck with your new
tractor.

Kirk

I think that 6000s area better investment than the stock market. They are one of few that can still be bought reasonable, but should increase quite a bit. Especially the red ones.

Just curious, what is the load rating of your trailer? I thought those 6000's weighed at least 7500#, but you trailer looks a little lighter duty than that.

That is a 14000 lb trailer think I was over the limit --that 6000 weights 8200 ---971 weighs 3500???? maybe-- the short trailer is rated 12000

I got about 30 tractors already plus a demo like
yours. Only have a 7000 lb trailer and 1/2 ton truck
. A 6000 would mean a new truck and trailer which I
don't have to money for so I just have to look at
yours. Keep those photos coming.

Kirk

That's the first thing I looked at when I saw your photo. Gotta look close but you can see they are 8 bolt wheels on your trailer so you are ok weightwise.

By the way
I know a guy that has some nice sheet metal for one of those. I think he got it in a trade. Email me if you're interested or google Forest Lake Tractor for his website.
He's just north of the Twin Cities.
