What oil does the pto use?

The PTO uses the same oil as the 3 point hydraulics.

Since there are clutch packs and wet brakes you need UTF.

To be more clear, the PTO doesn't just use the same type of oil as the 3 point, it gets its oil from the same sump and pump as the 3 point hydraulics, and as showcrop pointed out, there are wet brakes and clutch packs involved you should use a UTF that meets or exceeds the Ford/New Holland M2C134D specification.
