Carb for ford 841 industrial engine

I am having trouble finding the correct replacement carb.
for my Ford 841. Two sent from Yesterday's Tractors. The
first had the wrong bolt spacing and the second has the
wrong linkage lineup. It is a six volt industrial engine. I
can not find any numbers on the existing carb.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Bill in snowy Rhode Island

Why not rebuild or have the carb you have rebuilt?? Royce does them and is on this site.

I have a 1975 172 ci industrial engine in my 1962 lite industrial 2000. The aluminum tag on the carb says M.S. TSX 977.

I agree w old. Maybe some folks don't like doing them, but I find carb rebuilds are the most rewarding thing to do. You get so much bang for the buck.

I could see myself just hanging out in my garage all day rebuilding carbs. I was always told in high school not to touch a carb because you'll screw everything up and never get it right. Couldn't be more wrong. they are fun and easy.
