Yes Look for the I&T FO-20 manual. Available from this site.
It will cover your tractor plus several others in that series.

640 is a great tractor. Reliable, not hard to work on, good parts availability - both new and used.
Powerful, nimble and fun to drive. And you can get all kinds of 3 point tools and implements to use on it.
Is this your first tractor or is it an upgrade from something else.
 
its actually my first . my dad had an 8n when i was in high school . I loved it . I had a chance to buy this one and jumped on it . It needs alot of TLC , but I'm lookin forward to it .
 
A 640 is a much better tractor than an 8N. But not much bigger and not much more complicated.
More power, and especially the live hydraulics which the Ns did not have.
Be careful though, they are addictive. Start with one and soon you'll have a fleet of them.
And the worst part is your $2500 tractor will be in the garage while your wife's $25,000 car sits outside.
But in addition to good tractor advice the fellows here also offer marriage counseling.
 
i can see where that can happen . I'm already itching to get started . I just ordered the service and parts manual a few minutes ago . I'm on vacation comin up for 11 days and I plan on workin on it . (meaning I may need your marriage help )haha . I did like the live hydraulics on it . Did'nt know about that until I bought it . I appreciate everyones help on this . I will probably have to lean on you guys for help through the restor process .
