Anyone interested in a Fordson Major?

Hi
Looking at the description and the pictures that's about all she's worth. I picked a few up at that kinda money or 200 more if they had half a chance of running right, after sitting for a few years in the bush, or had immaculate tin on.

That one not run for 20 years, will probably already have, or will dump the coolant in the oil if a guy fills it up,or shortly after filling it. They are a pain for dumping the sleeve seal rings out in that motor, if they sit to long dry or corroding the block grooves and sleeves to if they sit with coolant in.
The fenders are rotten, plus who knows what else is wrong after 20 years.

on a good day restored with new tires, good tin and painted that would struggle 2500-$3000. and you'd probably have way more than that in it. if a guy was unlucky

Newer better 5000 super majors only bring 3500-$4000 for a nice one thats usable with live pto, better hydraulics, and more power round here.

Regards Robert
